Las Vegas, NV – One Hurt in House Fire on Champions Ave at Nellis Blvd
Las Vegas, NV (July 3, 2022) – On Sunday afternoon, July 3, one individual was injured while attempting to flee a home fire.
At roughly 3:45 p.m., the incident occurred at a house in the 5000 block of Champions Avenue, near Sahara Avenue and Nellis Boulevard. According to the Clark County Fire Department (CCFD), dispatch got reports of a house fire, with early information indicating that one tenant was still inside the residence and one person was wounded while attempting to escape. When firefighters arrived, they discovered a rear shed on fire, which had extended to the backside of the two-story home.
