The frequency of collisions involving motor vehicles in Las Vegas is on the rise, and it is anticipated that 2021 will be the worst year for Nevada drivers in at least the last 14 years. In the first eleven months of this year, there was a 22% rise in the number of fatalities that were caused by traffic across the state. Additionally, more than half of all fatalities that occur as a result of automobile accidents take place in Clark County, which is where Las Vegas is located. Driving under the influence of alcohol and going too fast for conditions are the major causes of accidents.

There were 350 people killed in road accidents in the state up through November 2021, representing an approximate 22% increase over the previous year, 2020, and a 27% increase over the previous year, 2019. Out of the total number of deaths, 79 were pedestrians and 71 were drivers who were not wearing seatbelts.

Regrettably, after these incidents, it is occasionally necessary for victims and their families to bear the financial burden of costly medical and funeral costs.
