Principal Causes of Automobile Crashes in Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV - Several Drivers Collide on US 95 at Las Vegas Blvd, Leading to InjuriesAccording to the figures compiled by the state during the last year, the vast majority of fatal car accidents that occurred in Nevada were the result of drivers who were under the influence of alcohol or were otherwise impaired.

The number of people killed in Nevada as a result of driving under the influence of alcohol reached its highest point in recent years, surpassing 500 for the first time in more than a decade. It is anticipated that there would be at least a 112% increase in the number of accidents and deaths throughout the spring and summer of this year. In addition, the number of individuals who died in vehicle accidents in the state of Nevada in 2021 was more than twice as high as the number of fatalities from the year before.

Only over the summer, there were over 40 people who lost their lives as a consequence of more than 30 separate incidents around the state. It is easy to see why the number of deadly car accidents in Nevada is so high. It’s tough for the surviving family members of a victim of a negligent driver to come to terms with their loss.
