18-Wheeler Truck Accidents in Nevada

According to reports released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, large commercial vehicles were involved in approximately 345,000 accidents across the country in just one year alone. Of those accidents, almost 4,000 ended in fatalities, and an estimated 100,000 involving tractor-trailers left victims seriously injured.

Unfortunately, these wrecks are a daily fact of life in Nevada. This is particularly true when it comes to the busy streets of Las Vegas, Reno, Carson City, and beyond.

After a serious accident, especially those involving large commercial vehicles, victims typically face serious financial roadblocks on top of long-term physical issues and serious emotional trauma. When victims succumb to their injuries, their grieving family members must cope with expensive medical and funerary costs.

But if you’ve sustained injuries or lost a loved one in a preventable truck accident, you may have legal recourse. Please contact a Las Vegas semi-truck accident attorney at your earliest convenience to learn more about your options.

It is our legal team’s belief that victims and their families should get their maximum amount of financial compensation. This compensation can cover losses moving forward so that you and yours never have to pay out of pocket.
