Automobile Crash Injuries and Victim Deaths in Paradise
According to information provided by the Nevada Department of Public Safety in the spring, there were a total of 39 fatalities that occurred on the streets of Clark County during the first two months of 2022. In the previous year, there were 31.
In point of fact, during the first two weeks of March, at least 13 individuals lost their lives, while a handful of other victims sustained serious or major injuries requiring immediate hospitalization. That tally includes 14 people who were injured as pedestrians and one person on a bicycle. On the other hand, the first two months of 2022 saw a decrease in the number of deaths throughout the state, from 54 the previous year to 46 this year.
And although an almost infinite number of circumstances may lead to an automobile accident, rear-end crashes are among the most frequent and are often caused by the carelessness of a motorist in the rear. Depending on the impact force, these collisions may result in very severe injuries, including blunt force trauma to the head, broken vertebrae from severe whiplash, damage to the spinal cord, and even death.
If it is established that a negligent driver caused your incident, however, you may be entitled to monetary compensation for any ensuing losses.
