Henderson, NV (May 17, 2022) – The Henderson Police Department is currently conducting an investigation into an accident that took place in the Henderson area in the late morning on Tuesday, May 17, and resulted in injuries to at least one person. 

There was a collision in the left lanes of the westbound 215 Southern Beltway at Exit 5 to Green Vly Parkway at approximately 11:20 a.m. in the morning. The first reports indicate that two automobiles collided when traffic was beginning to slow down, and one of the injured parties was taken to a local medical facility by ambulance. However, the number of people who were hurt as a consequence of the wreck is not yet known.

The HPD is asking anybody, namely bystanders and witnesses, who may have more information to get in contact with them as soon as possible. The circumstances immediately before this incident are still being pieced together by investigators.
