Las Vegas, NV (June 17, 2022) – An automotive crash occurred in the early afternoon hours of Friday, June 17, in Las Vegas, injuring at least one person.

Officers from the Las Vegas Metro Police Department and staff from Las Vegas emergency medical services raced to the scene of the collision at approximately 2:05 p.m. According to officials, the collision occurred on southbound Highway 95 near Interstate 15.

The early investigations of the LVMPD found that the incident included the drivers of two vehicles; however, investigators did not give specific information on the events leading up to the collision. Emergency personnel removed at least one individual to a local medical facility, although the extent of their injuries is unclear at this time. The reason for the crash has yet to be identified, but it will most likely be revealed in the coming days.
