Every First Friday of the month, Eric Roy Law Firm sponsors a live community activation featuring a dance competition that brings talent from across the country to Downtown Las Vegas. Competitors perform for real prize money:
1st Place: $1,000
2nd Place: $500
3rd Place: $250
This event is funded at the expense of Eric Roy and Eric Roy Law Firm because Eric believes Las Vegas deserves experiences that bring people together and celebrate talent.
From the dance floor itself to the production team, content creators, and on-site staff who ensure the event runs smoothly and that every dancer has a fair, even opportunity. The competition has no entry fee, and everything you see speaker and sound systems, audiovisual equipment, and the full booth setup—is funded and supported by Eric Roy because he’s committed to creating a Las Vegas experience that locals can be proud of and visitors can enjoy from around the world.
Launched less than a year ago (April 2025), the Eric Roy First Friday dance competition has already become a standout hallmark of First Friday, and it’s a powerful example of what Eric Roy and his team can build when they invest in the community.
