Henderson, NV (September 1, 2022) – An accident that occurred in Las Vegas has resulted in the death of one person and the hospitalization of two others.

About 8:20 p.m. on Monday evening, Henderson police and fire were called to the intersection of South Valle Verde Drive and Clear Water Canyon Drive in reference to a three-vehicle accident, as reported by the Henderson Police Department.

South Valle Verde Drive was blocked between Paseo Verde Drive and Horizon Ridge Parkway for an investigation, and in the interim, drivers were asked to find other routes. Impairment and speed are both being examined as possible causes of the incident.
