The people who were hurt in the accident are in our prayers.
Serious Injuries & Fatalities From Nevada Traffic Accidents
The Nevada Department of Transportation reports that in the first half of 2022, there was an increase in the number of fatal car accidents when compared to the same six-month period in 2021 and 2020. The nationwide rate of fatal car accidents rose by 11 percent over the previous year, with the largest rise occurring in Nevada. In the first six months of 2021, there was a 23% increase in fatalities and critical injuries reported in Clark County. Most people in Nevada still drive to work every day, but the recent rise in gas prices may have reduced the number of significant accidents in the state’s largest cities.
Despite greater pricing and living expenses, increased implementation of COVID-19 limits and shutdown restrictions, and a general decline in travel as a result of the pandemic, there appears to have been an increase in the accident death rate over the past three years. Those who are fortunate enough to survive a disaster often have to deal with the most severe, immediate, and life-altering effects and disruptions imaginable. However, residents of the Las Vegas area who have suffered injuries in an accident are in luck since they may easily find legal counsel.
