Las Vegas, NV (May 8, 2022) –According to Las Vegas Metro Police, a hit-and-run motorist caused an accident on Sunday evening, May 8, injuring at least one individual.

Officers and additional first responders, including Las Vegas Fire Rescue, were called to the southbound junction of Hollywood Boulevard and Wildcat Way at 8:30 p.m. The LVMPD said that the accident included two or three cars, with one motorist leaving the scene prior to their arrival. Reports indicate that another person was transferred to a nearby hospital for other treatment of their injuries, though they are anticipated to make a full recovery.

Authorities have not released any information on the suspected at-fault driver or their car, and the investigation is still underway.
