Las Vegas, NV (March 25, 2022) – On Friday evening, March 25, Officers with the Las Vegas Metro Police Department responded to a multiple-car crash that took place at the 2100 block of Bonanza Road.

One person was confirmed deceased but no further details were provided about the victim. The Bonanza Road and Bruce Street intersection was shut down around 9:30 p.m. while authorities worked to collect evidence and clear the scene.

Officials did not say if anyone else suffered injuries in the accident This situation is still being investigated but police suspect drugs and/or alcohol as a cause of the wreck. Toxicology tests are pending, and officers plan to release further details in the coming days.
