Las Vegas, NV (April 4, 2022) – Officers with the Las Vegas Metro Police Department, along with Las Vegas Fire and Rescue crews, are investigating a fire that broke out at a one-story home in the central valley on Monday afternoon, April 4, and ended in injuries.

Firefighters responded to 2617 Bead Vine Avenue after receiving reports of a fire. The blaze reportedly started in a rear bedroom of the home. Four adults and two toddlers were displaced, and a pet dog was killed in the fire. Medics also evaluated the six victims at the scene and said that minor injuries, including smoke inhalation, occurred.

The events surrounding the fire are still being investigated at this time, and LVMPD officers say they plan to release more information in the coming days.
