Las Vegas, NV (June 10, 2022) – Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officers are conducting an investigation into a multiple-vehicle collision that happened in the broader metropolitan area on Friday morning, June 10, and resulted in injuries.

At around 11:50 a.m., police reported to the site of a multi-vehicle accident on northbound Interstate 15 at Exit 39 to Spring Mountain Road. Initial statements from officers indicate that two cars collided in what seemed to be a rear-end crash or fender bender, and at least one of the victims, a passenger, was sent by ambulance to a nearby medical facility; however, the exact number of those injured is unknown.

The LVMPD requests that anybody with knowledge about the event contact them. Investigators are now reconstructing the pre-crash conditions and will provide further information as they become available.
