Las Vegas, NV – Two Dead in Royal Mobile Home Park Fire on Vegas Valley Dr

Las Vegas, NV (June 20, 2022) – Two people were discovered deceased early Saturday morning, June 18, after a serious mobile home fire broke out in the area.

Just before 9:15 a.m., the Clark County Fire Department and Las Vegas Fire and Rescue responded to a fire at the Royal Mobile Home Park, which is located at 4470 Vegas Valley Drive. An individual knocked on the door of a local fire station to report the fire, according to CCFD. Arriving units discovered a mobile home engulfed in flames and thick smoke.

Firefighters battled the blaze for about an hour and evacuated the surrounding mobile homes in the region. After the fire was knocked down and completely extinguished, firefighters found two bodies inside one of the mobile homes. The Clark County Coroner’s Office will identify the victims upon notification of next of kin.

Fire investigators from Clark County are still researching evidence and uncovering facts in connection with the cause of the fire. There were no additional injuries recorded.
