Traffic Crash Injuries in Nevada
Around 420 people will have died in traffic accidents in Nevada by the end of 2021, according to official estimates, making it the deadliest year on the state’s streets in the past 15 years. There has been an almost 85% rise in fatalities since 2020, with alcohol and speeding being the leading causes of most of these collisions.
In Clark County, which is where the majority of the accidents took place, there were around 230 fatalities and a great number of injuries. Regrettably, it is abundantly obvious that the state of Nevada has an extraordinarily high incidence of catastrophic automobile accidents.
Multi-vehicle accidents involving a large number of drivers and passengers are all too prevalent in locations like Las Vegas, Carson City, Reno, and elsewhere in Nevada. Unfortunate consequences include financial troubles, chronic pain, and long-term health issues for those who have been affected by tragic events.
Families whose loved ones have died as a result of these catastrophes may find themselves in a position that is both difficult and unsustainable. Bereaved families may find themselves in financial ruin due to the high expenditures of medical treatment and funerals. However, if an accident that might have been avoided resulted in your or a loved one’s injury or death, you may be owed recompense.
