Las Vegas, NV – US 95 Site of Truck Accident, Injuries at Las Vegas Blvd
Las Vegas, NV (June 26, 2022) – Officers from the Las Vegas Metro Police were sent to the site of an accident involving a tractor-trailer that wounded at least one person late on Sunday, June 26.
An accident on northbound U.S. Route 95 after Las Vegas Boulevard shortly before 8:25 p.m. led to the closure of the whole route. As paramedics and emergency medical services units from Las Vegas were sent to the scene to assess the victims’ injuries, the event produced a traffic bottleneck that lasted more than an hour.
Neither the LVMPD nor any other first responders on the scene have divulged the cause of the accident or the extent of the injuries sustained by those involved. Even though the official inquiry into what caused today’s traffic accident is still underway, no new information has emerged.
