Las Vegas, NV (March 23, 2022) – Officers with the Las Vegas Metro Police Department reported an auto accident that occurred on Wednesday, March 23, and ended in injuries.

The two-vehicle accident happened around 10:15 p.m. on El Mirage Way at Needles Highway. At least one person was rushed to an area medical center by ambulance, though their current condition is unknown. The roadway was closed for several hours while rescue units responded and officers directed traffic away from the scene.

Police said impairment is not believed to be a factor in the collision, though their investigation remains ongoing.
