Dog bites are very traumatic, but they are also a type of physical harm like any other, and they may have lasting effects on a person’s health and capacity to function effectively in society. Even though dog attack responsibility rules and regulations vary from state to state, most courts use either strict liability or “one bite” concepts.

Dog attack and animal bite victims may face financial hardships, long-term physical concerns or chronic health problems, and mental agony as a result of their ordeal. The victims’ loved ones may be placed in a dreadful position if and when they pass away.
