Injuries From Truck Accidents in Paradise

Paradise, NV - Semi-Truck Wreck, Injuries on I-15 at Tropicana AveEfforts to minimize road deaths in Nevada have been launched by the state’s transportation and public safety departments. Furthermore, transportation and safety experts believe that the majority of deaths are caused by preventable driving behaviors. The following are some of the most effective tips for safe driving they’ve outlined:

  • Maintain alertness and sobriety
  • Make certain that all drivers and passengers in a vehicle are wearing a seat belt
  • Take extra precautions and safety measures at intersections and on busy highways

It is also recommended that motorists use caution while approaching or driving next to large vehicles in their autos. Tractor-trailer crashes accounted for around 8% of Nevada deaths in just one year, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. In order for truck drivers to safely maneuver or come to a halt, they need a great amount of space, leading to serious accidents when they do occur. In other words, we cannot deny that victims are more vulnerable on our highways in regular passenger vehicles, especially after a horrific semi-truck tragedy.
