Injuries From Truck Accidents in the Paradise Region

Paradise, NV - Truck Accident, Injuries on Tropicana Ave at Broadbent BlvdIn the Las Vegas metropolitan region, the frequency of accidents involving tractor-trailers and other large, heavy commercial vehicles is increasing. As a result, the Nevada Department of Transportation received over 47,000 reports relating to such significant accidents in the preceding year. In fact, for the first time in the history of the state, trucks were responsible for at least 13% of all traffic-related fatalities.

Due to Nevada’s wide network of interstates and main thoroughfares, serious truck collisions are prevalent in the state. This sad traffic trend indicates that more than 4,000 people have been killed in tractor-trailer accidents in Nevada during the last ten years. Carson City and the surrounding vicinity are served by US Route 93, Interstate 15, and Highway 95, which runs via the capital, Reno, Las Vegas, and beyond. These three routes are impacted, in addition to other key thoroughfares on which Nevadans often travel. Obviously, victims confront an elevated danger on these roads and particularly following a disastrous collision.
