Nevada Pedestrian Accident Deaths

Sparks, NV - One Dead, Two Hurt in Auto-Pedestrian Crash at Vista Blvd & Peppergrass DrThough pedestrian fatalities have decreased 3% from 2018, they still account for nearly 20% of all vehicle accident deaths, per reports from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.

Plus, the pedestrian fatality rate in and around the Las Vegas area, including Reno, has been rising steadily during the past decade. This increase is despite the fact that traffic deaths across the state of Nevada are down on the whole.

Furthermore, when it comes to these fatal accidents, victims and their families pay the price in the aftermath.

In fact, those affected often cope with financial difficulties, long-term physical issues, and emotional trauma. When victims die as a result of these incidents, their loved ones may be left in an unbelievably tough position. Families must often endure exorbitant medical and funerary expenses. From lifelong debilitation for the involved pedestrians to severe trauma for those left behind when victims pass away, those affected are left to pick up the pieces.

Thankfully, if you’ve sustained injuries or lost a loved one in an auto-pedestrian accident, you may have legal options.
